Personal Training

At The Body Project, Eagan’s only holistic personal training studio that offer several different options to work with a certified trainer: Private Training, Semi-Private Training, Small Group Training, and Large Group Training.

Private Training

Focused training at a fast moving pace followed up with cardio intervals performed independently . This program will get your heart rate up, increase your strength, and jump start your metabolism so that it stays elevated for hours after you have left the gym, ultimately burning more fat. Your workout is modified so that you work at your fitness level, not your partner’s. Detail is given to the correct bio-mechanics of the movements  it is not the quantity of repetitions, it is the quality. You will get a great education along with a great workout! Program Includes: Two to three semi-private sessions per week, with a qualified personal trainer. Each fitness session includes: Stretching based on individual needs Dynamic warm-up every session Twelve different strength training exercises Abdominal training every session Cardiovascular/Aerobic interval prescription to be performed independently for 10-15 minutes after your sesssion.

Semi-Private Training

This is where you are matched up with partner, such as a spouse, friend or co-worker or a person we match up with you that shares similar goals. Small Group Training

Small group programs are individually-based, without the higher cost of personal training. You will be grouped with a few other people (friends, co-workers, or other people looking to save money). The Personal Trainer will take you through your program giving you constant technique monitoring, motivation, and an increased commitment to your workout. You will work out harder, more consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own. There will be no wasted time wondering what to do next. You will also progress faster because your program will be changed more frequently, given the goals of the program have been accomplished.

Large Group Training

Large Group Training and Corrective Exercise Training at The Body Project is available through challenging, high energy Group Training sessions. Motivation, movement, and friendships are inspired while your strength, speed and fitness levels increase when you participate in Group Training sessions. Group sessions are 4 weeks long and are held 3 times per week. Each Camp session utilizes our private indoor training studio and/or outdoor training area. Circuit stations allow you to work at your own level and pace. Individual guidance helps you to focus on the correct form and biomechanics of each exercise. Cardio and strength training exercises will quickly burn fat and reshape your body. This is functional circuit training that integrates strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, balance and coordination all in a 50 minute session.
