Another independent study subjected six women to getting eight hours of sleep, and without having to change their diet and exercise, was able to lose at least six pounds after 10 weeks. Though more study is required to prove the link between sleeping right and weight loss, many are still hopeful that getting eight hours of shut eye can factor in your weight loss.
