Cleansing your body is a powerful way to increase your energy, improve brain function, strengthen your Immune system, and heighten your overall sense of well-being. In just 21 Days you will improve mental clarity, physical stamina, lose weight and gain muscle. Our challenge is the best way to jump start your weight loss and learn how to eat healthy.

During the challenge you will follow a step by step manual, receive daily informational and entertaining, motivational e-mails. You also have access to a private Facebook group to get as much support from your fellow challenge goers. We start and end the challenge with recording your weight and measurements to track your progress. The process will be fun, challenging and rewarding. 

 

We offer the challenge 2 times per year. We can also offer it individual for those who want to do it on their own time.

I’ve lost weight before on other programs, but this time I realize my mindset is different. I have set a new standard for myself.  I am continuing on my journey for a stronger mind, better health and to move my body the way it is designed to move. I love what I can do physically now that I discovered my “inner athlete”.  I am close to 60lbs lighter following the program, with my goal to be 100lbs total.
