Her body needed the right support. Paula recounts a personal experience with her mom's health crisis, which deepened her commitment to personalized care. Paula's mom was recently hospitalized with pneumonia and atrial fibrillation. Despite medical treatment, her recovery was slow, leading Paula to identify further issues through muscle testing. By addressing bacterial lung stress and digestive problems with tailored supplements, including oregano oil, her energy and strength improved. A key discovery was her body's poor cellular hydration, which, when corrected, accelerated her recovery. This transformation underscores the importance of understanding individual needs and reinforcing a personalized care plan over a one-size-fits-all approach.
The Hidden Ways Posture May Be Affecting Your Health
Posture affects more than just appearance; it plays a crucial role in overall health, influencing breathing, movement, joint alignment, and energy use. Poor posture can lead to shallow breathing, increased tension, and inefficient body mechanics, resulting in fatigue and discomfort. It can also impact balance and increase the risk of falls, especially with age. While it may not directly cause pain, poor posture often exacerbates stress on tissues. Moreover, posture affects aesthetics, with a well-aligned body appearing more youthful and confident. Understanding posture as a dynamic system is essential for improving both appearance and well-being.
An Incredible Healing Story Close To Our Hearts
In May 2025, our lives changed when our daughter was seriously injured during cheer practice as a flyer. The severity of her ankle injury, which involved torn ligaments, required immediate medical attention, but thankfully no bones were broken. We supported her recovery with a combination of traditional medical care and alternative therapies like applied kinesiology and microcurrent treatments. Her commitment and perseverance led to a remarkable recovery, allowing her to return to cheer. This experience emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to healing, blending conventional and complementary methods, and highlighted the body's incredible capacity to recover with the right support. We are grateful for the medical care she received and the community support that enabled her extraordinary journey back to health.
Why So Many People Struggle to Get Lasting Results
Many people struggle to improve their energy, sleep, and overall well-being, often feeling stuck in a cycle of starting with good intentions but losing momentum due to unsustainable plans. The key to lasting change lies in creating a personalized, strategic approach that emphasizes small, consistent habits rather than extreme efforts. These habits, such as regular walks or better sleep routines, gradually transform your health and lifestyle. Accountability also plays a crucial role, bridging the gap between knowledge and action to maintain focus and progress. By adopting a sustainable, structured, and personalized plan, real transformation becomes achievable.
Understanding Energy and Its Impact on Our Lives
Have you ever walked into a room and felt the energy immediately? No one had to say a word, but you could tell something was off. The tension felt heavy. Your body felt it. Your nervous system felt it. And all you wanted to do was get out of there. Now think of the opposite. You walk into a room where people are laughing, connecting, and enjoying each other. The space feels light. Warm. Easy. You feel yourself relax almost instantly, and suddenly you want to stay. That is energy. We recorded a short video on this because it is such an important concept, and it may change the way you think about your health, your healing, and the environments you spend time in each day.
Understandin Your Symptoms: A Holistic Approach
Your symptoms are not the root problem; they’re like a check-engine light signaling something is off balance in your body. Rather than focusing solely on fixing the symptom, it's crucial to identify the underlying cause.
Here’s what many people overlook: nothing in the body functions in isolation. For example, your gut health can impact your nervous system, which in turn affects your hormones. These hormones influence inflammation, which can then affect pain, metabolism, and recovery.
Treating a symptom as if it exists in a vacuum often leads to a cycle of switching from one program, doctor, or supplement to another without achieving complete resolution. This is why cookie-cutter programs may work sometimes but often fail. Embracing a holistic approach that considers how different body systems interact is key to effective healing.

Discover the Connection Between Your Emotions and Your Organs.
Ever noticed how your emotions don’t just stay in your mind? They manifest in your body too, often in specific organs and systems when left unaddressed. This idea isn’t as “out there” as it seems. We already use phrases like: “I’m heartbroken.” , “That was gut-wrenching.”, “I can’t stomach it.”, “I’m sick with worry.”, “I’m carrying so much.”, “I feel it in my chest.” Our bodies are honest and always keep track. In today’s video, Paula dives into how emotional patterns can affect your organs and glands—and how you can manage this holistically.
Your Symptom Isn't the Problem, It's the Signal
Your body speaks through signs like pain, low energy, and restless nights. These signals work like a small alarm, pointing to deeper causes such as inflammation, immune concerns, hidden infections, or stress from chemicals and electronics. Since every system in the body works together, issues in one place can affect another, including your back. Everyone’s triggers are different, so a personal check‑in is key. Eating cleaner foods, filtering what you breathe and drink, and easing device‑related stress can make a difference.
Feeling the Allergy Spike with the Warmer Weather?
In Minnesota’s unexpected February warmth, allergy symptoms are on the rise. But allergies aren't just about pollen—they're a "bucket problem." Our bodies, like buckets, can overflow with stress, toxins, and poor sleep, leading to symptoms like sneezing and fatigue. Want to know what's filling your bucket? Emotional stress, sluggish detox pathways, and environmental toxins play a big role. Fragrances, personal care products, and certain foods can add to your chemical load too. Take action: reduce chemical exposure, upgrade air and water quality, and regulate your nervous system with activities like yoga or nature walks. Let’s get those buckets under control!
The Hidden Drivers Behind Joint Pain
Understanding Low Back Pain: Beyond the Obvious. Ever wonder why your low back pain keeps coming back? It's not always a mechanical issue. Sometimes, it's reflexive, and the pain might not even originate from your back. Did you know kidney stress can refer pain to your low back? Here's the surprising link: inflammation. Food plays a huge role—what's medicine to one might be poison to another. Watch out for the "Big 4" inflammatory triggers: sugar, dairy, wheat, and corn. Even if you're not gluten intolerant, additives could be affecting you. Your body's stress cup can only hold so much. Once it overflows, symptoms appear. The goal? Find the real causes to restore balance.

The Truth About Inflammation
Millions of Americans haParagraphve an autoimmune condition, and millions more are somewhere on the autoimmune-inflammation spectrum. One in two men and one in three women will get cancer, and every 34 seconds, someone has a heart attack. All of these conditions have one thing in common: inflammation. Dealing with inflammation is tricky because you want to tone down the immune response enough to control chronic inflammation, but not so much that a body can’t fight disease. This is why making lifestyle changes, rather than turning to drugs, is crucial to keeping the inflammation cycle in check. Button
